South African Paralympic Skier, Bruce Warner

Bruce Warner, our disabled skier (below the knee left-leg amputee) from Cape Town has competed successfully in the ‘Paralympic Winter Games’ held in Nagano/ Japan in 1998 where he finished 19th in the Giant Slalom and 20th in the Slalom.
He also competed at the 2002 Salt Lake City Paralympic Games and finished in
an impressive 9th place in the SL and 12th place in the Super G event.
He went on to represent South Africa in the Paralympic Winter Games' in Turin/ Italy in 2006 and made his final appearance during the 2010 Paralympics before retiering from international competition.
